The sacrifice that Obama speaks of.. Is he talking rights? The ability to choose? Yes, get ready to fax your Senator.. your Congressman.. your local official..
Bankrupt Our Coal Industry? Electricity prices will sky rocket, calling for more government help for the poor AND retirees and the working poor from big Government to heat their homes.
Then there is the distortion and weakening of our economy with the 1977 Community Redevelopment Act where to discern (discriminate) against a person because of their inability to pay was deemed “racist” and firms were sued by their own government. Now we have the meltdown and again Congress and the media blame “greed” and "deregulation as the sole sources of our misery. (Actually it was over regulation by the Demcratic Black Caucus, Janet Reno, Bill Clinton and Barney Frank?)
Again Barney Frank is making outlandish public statements about the greed of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac when they, along with the Democratic Black Caucus, fought every attempt to reform this obligation on the part of banks.
So what was the next step, Fannie and Freddie were "nationalized". Why? To protect them from prosecution?
Fascism is the Nationalization of Industry, like European Auto Makers.. Socialism is redistributing wealth through government mandate and prosecution. (Federal Income Tax Code, 67,000 pages)
Oops, gone eh.. hmm.. I wonder why..terms of use?
Ewwy.. editing out "harmful" content?
Sorry folks, big brother was here.. You Tube is in with the Obama administration..... sooooooo.. guess what.. ??
When you corrupt a free market playing field with social engineering you fail as surely as MAO’s agricultural communes. Declaring by law that people must be able to “afford” to purchase a house does not make them “rich” enough to afford the payments.

Mortgage Market "Bail Out" Math?
We wouldn't want the American people cheated, now would we?
Barack says that our Constitution is flawed, it doesn't say what government "must"
do for the people. That means of course we all are forced to pay
for this, by law, through taxation or garnishment of wages.
It's called "the Income Tax" and "universal healthcare"...
Redistribution was rejected because of its constant failures,
ilustrated in part by our own Plymouth Colony experience.

Our Constitution built the most powerful, compassionate nation in the world. There is no country that
"redistributes" wealth by government mandate that is as giving, helping, compassionate as America. Check the facts..

For example, U.S. foundations gave more -- in money, time, goods and expertise --
than 11 of the 22 developed-country governments each gave in 2005,
and U.S. private voluntary organizations totaled more than the governments of Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany and France each.
More than half of all U.S. assistance to developing countries, $61.7 billion of 93.2 billion,
came in the form of private remittances by individuals living in the United States
to their families abroad, the report says. According to the report,
those remittances not only reduce poverty, but, in some cases,
increase creditworthiness of countries and underwrite their trade imbalances.
With a shrinking middle class, 5 million foreclosures, 1.2 Trillion dollars worth of defaulted loans
by aliens was reported by the our Housing Department, no wonder we had a lending meltdown.
Community Reinvestment Act 1977?
Getting tired of putting a band-aid on a broken system? It's up to you. Write now to your representatives locally, state and federal. Articulate, find your voice...
Two statements are offered in the beginning:
1.) Our system is broken.
2.) Obama offers the same old socialist answer to everything, ever larger government control.
Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin warned against it repeatedly.
The Plymouth Colony illustrated it. (click through above)
Obama and his supporters have a "better" idea than Jefferson, Adams, Hamilton, and Franklin?
The truths of our founders, that more freedom has more sustainable benefits for "the common good" than less freedom, are as true today as then.
Put another way:
Less freedom=fewer sustainable benefits for "the common good".
Helmets + seatbelts + mandatory coverages for insurance carriers + mandatory loans to minorities + hiring and education affirmative action programs + no smoking in ANY restaurant or bar owned by an individual and light bulbs for CO2 control could be used as examples..This being translated to the younger reader by saying, "Can't, can't, can't, you must, you must, you must..or else!"
We have never raised the bar of proof for any of these laws being "good".
Because?
Because some politician with the backing of a special interest group tells you it is?
With the media affirming, it must be so, right?
Go through this entire site and you will begin to doubt this assumption, I guarantee it..
Our republic depends on a well educated, well informed voter capable of making non-emotional decisions in choosing representation.
This site is an endeavor to promote this ideal.
Energy, cheap energy to everyone, is the key to our own freedom as well as others.
Wow, it's more "patriotic" to pay for bigger government than to hire?
Thanks Joe! I can tell you're "real blue collar"..
A different paradigm:
Be sure and come back!
Thank you!

Think of it this way, Big bad oil made $400 billion in profits and everyone screams "Obscene"..right?
Those obscene companies also transferred from our wallet to government 1.3 Trillion in "corporate taxes". Now which sum had more affect on the prices you paid? The CEO salaries have an even less influence on prices. So what business is it of yours what someone makes? That is not the problem. Their salaries took nothing from you when compared with the taxes collected off of you through the prices charged.
Just imagine how much more was collected off of every house that was inflated in price than would have been if those mandates hadn't been held over the head of lenders and developers.
What I don't hear any candidate say is that taxation on corporation's profits and FICA withholding is hardest on the poor.
The poor pay more than a 22% higher price (conservative estimate) for all retail goods because of corporate compliance with our current tax code. Ouch! But, progressively less as you earn more...you "feel" this loss of freedom less.
Every dollar in a poor person's wallet means a lot more to them than to the rich man.. yet inflating the price for the poor is of no concern to PBS? Harry Reid, Oprah Winfrey, Nancy Pelosi, George Bush,John McCain or Barrack Obama?
Why aren't NPR and PBS doing specials on corporate taxes affecting the poor?
With knowledge we can defeat the "machine" of government in dictating so much of our every day lives. Vote incumbants out who's first answer to every issue is "the government must help". This has proven crippling in a world economy.
Where's the outcry from the NAACP, Jesse Jackson on how corporate taxes affect minorities?
When will other Americans (opponents of the FairTax or those apathetic
to it) figure out that "sticking it to the man" with ever higher taxes is really sticking it to themselves?
They are the man...
Contact your representatives today... tell them to stop
"sticking it to the man".. un-tax the those in poverty and implement a truly progressive tax based on spending, not income.
It will be a fight, because of the power our Senators and House Representatives can wield through our tax code..
We did it with the "comprehensive" immigration bill, we did it with drilling for energy to stop our dependence on foreign oil, we can do it here too. This will be a greater fight because it shakes the foundation of the Washington Power structure...
Newspapers don't like that much either... take it from me... grin..
Love to all,
Father O'Malley
